Did you know that The Glass Jug RTP has partnered with and supported Team On Draft since we opened back in 2014? Based in the Triangle Region of North Carolina - On Draft rides for fun, camaraderie, and to raise money to combat Multiple Sclerosis in the weekend-long Bike MS event held in New Bern, NC each September.
Along with sponsoring the team each season with a donation to Bike MS, the Jug hosts weekly rides and welcomes riders to our space all year long.
We are excited to have them joining us on Independence Day weekend for a unique fundraiser in our beer garden. Starting at 3pm on July 1st, members of the cycling team will be guest bartending outside at the Glass Jug beer trailer for our Beer Garden Jam Sessions night featuring singer Jeff Kriz, lead singer of Night Sky Band. There will be 8 taps flowing and our warm soft pretzels with beer cheese are back! All proceeds from pretzel sales + cash and tip donations will go directly to On Draft and their Bike MS New Bern fundraising goal.
