The Tasty Turkey-Que is North Carolina barbecue done with turkey instead of pork. It's similar in appearance and texture to regular pork barbecue, but it definitely tastes like turkey. The seasonings used are excellent and give it an authentic taste! The turkey is refreshingly light and clean tasting.
