Oooh do we have a treat for you! Not one but two beer releases in one night! First up is our collab with Funguys Brewing - What Rhymes With Orange?, a milkshake/Hazy DIPA, 8.2% ABV. Brewed with fresh orange and tangerine zest, plus vanilla and lactose, this big hazy IPA brings the citrus and sweetness you expect from an orange creamsicle. Citra and Amarillo hops amplify the citrus notes and makes this the perfect marriage between the classic frozen summer treat and a bold, hazy double IPA. Draft & cans will release Thursday August 8th at 5pm to close, so come taste it for yourself.
Plus we're excited to bring you our new take on our annual German Festbier Lager, 6% ABV also in draft & cans. Festbier is a crisp and refreshing German lager that falls on the German lager spectrum between a light Helles and an amber Marzen. It’s malt-forward with subtle notes of toasted bread, biscuit, and a light toffee and caramel note. It also features a malt bill that is 100% local from Epiphany Malt House here in Durham.
